I will rate fully-boosted Zica Laser at HTL or slighty below it (but Zica Laser is FIGHTER weapon), and SDF Main Gun will fill the hole between HTL and Superlaser. Tyrian is basically a very powerful universe (more powerful than SW, that for sure), but Tyrian is shooter, so it is hard to determine HOW powerful weapons is. Small add-on: Ixmucane Crisis happen when Microsol nearly turned Ixmucane into sun using Zica tech.
